Reservations will be confirmed upon paying in full. No surcharge on the amount due if pre-bookings are paid by credit card. Bank transfer costs for payments are for the sender.
We advise you to sign up ahead of time as spots cannot be guaranteed.
Dive Packages do include dive equipment.
Courses include use of dive equipment, certification and all course materials.
If you cancel your reservation, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
56 – 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of the reservation is non-refundable
28 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation is non-refundable
14 – 2 days prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation is non-refundable
No shows, late shows or cancellations less than 2 days before the activity: 100% of the reservation is non-refundable.
Where this is due to:
Things beyond your control, such as flight or cruise ship docking delays, or sickness, government regulations due to pandemic etc. we’ll do our best to re-schedule your activities where possible.
IDD or PADI dive course paperwork issues: during your booking process, we’ll advise what paperwork you need to prepare in advance and bring with you. If you have questions or aren’t sure, please ask before confirming your booking.
You not being able to show proof that you’re a certified diver and date of last dive, we do our best to schedule you on a Discover Scuba Dive class instead.
- Electronic waiver
Completing an electronic waiver is part of the check-in process. Should you and/or your group not have received a (custom) link, kindly contact [email protected] to send the link. Limited devices are available in the shop to complete the waiver. In exceptional cases, there are also hardcopy waivers.

Check-in required with your certification card,ID and Credit card.
- Check-in times
Please check departure times for our trips. Our dive center is open from 8AM till 5PM. The activities start at 9AM; 11.30AM and 2PM. Check-in at your earliest convenience with your certification card, ID and Credit card; preferably the day of your arrival or at least at 30 minutes before your first dive with us. If you are not present at least 20 minutes prior to departure you may lose your spot.
- Last dive more than 12 months ago
If you have not been diving in the last 12 months before your dive trip, a refresher dive is required prior to diving.
A deposit will be kept until any rental equipment is returned, rinsed and in the same condition as you originally rented it from us. The equipment will be charged to your account for every day it is in your possession. Rinsing regulators without dust-caps will result in a $15 cleaning fee. Lost or missing weights will be charged at $7 per pound. Lost or missing equipment will be charged at (new) replacement cost.
External instructor’s responsibilities and liabilities
We don’t allow external instructors to teach courses using our dive equipment. We only rent out dive equipment to certified divers.
We accept American Dollars, Netherlands Antillean Guilders, Debit and Credit Cards. Our POS-machine in store does not accept American Express.
